Patrons may obtain citations for free, but UnCover offers delivery of the entire article by mail or fax for a fee. The main advantage of this source is that it provides patrons with free citations from medical journals, that the patron can then research and copy on his/her own. For $25 per year.  a user can select up to 50 titles from the UnCover database of 17,000 multidisciplinary titles for table of contents alerting via email. Individual users may also create and store up to 25 search strategies which are run against all the new articles added to the UnCover database on a weekly basis.
