Trigeminal
Neuralgia
by
Brenda
medication,
frustration, misdiagnosis...PAIN!
root
canals, extractions, lighten bolts...PAIN!
hiding,
worrying, afraid, It hits again...PAIN!
doctors,
dentists, neurologists, no one knows...PAIN!
no one
on the outside can see, no one understands but me.
make
it go away, please stop the pain, make it go away before I go insane!
gums
burning, teeth aching, it's hurting my face...PAIN!
no
warning, no reason, no special time nor place.
no explanation
can tell the pain that is felt...when you're hit with TN.
make
it go away, please stop the pain, make it go away before I go insane!
the
painful realization, makes it very clear... life isn't fair!
MAKE
IT GO AWAY! PLEASE!
My name is Brenda, I
am 36 years old and I was diagnosed with TN 15 months ago. I am still at
the same place I was 15 months ago. I feel that I am getting no where
with my present doctor and I am looking for help!!!!! Any
information that could be given to me regarding different directions I
maybe able to take would be most appreciated. I'm finding that not many
doctors really know about Trigeminal Neuralgia.
This poem was written
one week ago when I was going through a terribly painful reaction with
my TN. I just hope there are more people out there like me that feel
this way and that I am not alone.
