Our Logo and "Theme Song"

Many of our readers are curious about our logo and the music we play on our homepage.

LOGO
Our logo is based on "The Scream," by Edvard Munch, a gifted Norwegian artist who was a vital player in the development of German expressionism. He was born in 1863 and lost his parents, a brother and sister while he was still young, which could explain the pessimism of his work. His themes were often pain, sickness and death. "The Scream," probably one of his most famous paintings, captures too well  the suffering, terror, and desperation of people suffering with facial neuralgia pain.

  THEME SONG

When we built our website, we wanted to create a welcoming, comforting  place for people searching for answers to their pain. Our theme song, a version of "All I ever Wanted" from Jim Brickman's album "By Heart" captures it all.
